Hi, I’m Nadia Smith

I’m a marketing strategist who believes that you can reach your goals even if you a strapped for time and resources. I’m a strategic planner with a creative mind, and a passion for understanding how best to reach and create meaningful connections with the people who need you most.

My Journey

I have always loved learning, teaching, and serving, and grew up in an analytical and creative household that taught me to always look closer at the way things worked. In university I studied media and advertising, specifically focusing on the world of digital marketing because I loved how it created a unique two-way conversation to bring organizations and audiences together.

I started my career with the largest foodservice company in the country, and quickly distinguished myself with my extensive knowledge of social media platform algorithms. I climbed quickly in my career and was soon supporting a team of marketing managers across the country with on-going social media training, content strategy, and best practices.

The more people I worked with, the more I realized most were uncertain with how to utilize social media to create meaningful connections with their customers, because they were not clear on who those customers really were.

 When I was recruited to a digital innovation team supporting mobile apps used throughout North America, I wore many marketing hats and soaked up learning more about user experience and research, and how deeply it connected to all marketing areas that I supported (email marketing, social media, events, loyalty programs, and influncer marketing).

In working with many small business owners since, I have learned that with all of the communication channels available for use, marketing can quickly become overwhelming and resource heavy if you don’t have a fierce focus on your audience and your goals.

I love bringing my knowledge from the data-driven corporate world to small businesses to help them better serve those who are in the most need of their products and services.

I am committed to helping business owners define their audiences and break down their marketing challenges into bite sized, manageable pieces in order to keep them moving forward towards their goals.
